Will my wines be protected?
Dunavox coolers are designed to recreate the stable conditions wines need to mature properly. The cooling system maintains a steady temperature, while an internal heating element ensures that even in lower ambient conditions your wines remain safely stored. The Flow-46 has wooden beech shelves which help to minimise vibration, a UV protected glass door to shield your collection from harmful light and a charcoal filter which ensures proper odour control.
Is this the right cooler for my kitchen?
The ‘Flow’ range is Dunavox’s answer to undercounter wine refrigeration. These coolers are designed to sit on the floor and slide neatly into a cabinet space, ventilating through a grille at the bottom of the unit. This grille is recessed and can either be left visible or covered with a plinth so the cooler blends seamlessly into your kitchen. If you do choose to run a plinth across the front, it’s important to ensure there’s still enough ventilation for hot air to escape and cool air to circulate.

Bottle capacity guidance
Dunavox base their bottle capacity on standard Bordeaux wine bottles, so it’s
important to keep this in mind when choosing the right cooler for your collection.
Depending on the model, storing larger bottles than Bordeaux can reduce the cabinet’s capacity as you may need to remove a shelf. It’s worth checking the bottle loading diagram provided, as this shows how the manufacturer reaches the stated capacity.

Delivery FAQs
We aim to deliver stock items in 2-3 weeks as we transfer goods to the NI depot every 1-2 weeks.
Once the goods are transferred, our logistics will be in touch to confirm a delivery date. Please note, delivery lead time can be extended upto 5 weeks. Please contact us directly so we can advise further.
Unfortunately, this service is not currently available in Northern Ireland and Republic or Ireland.
Delivery will be between 8 and 6pm Monday - Friday, the driver will call the recipient before delivery. An ETA will be given on the morning of delivery via email or SMS.
Yes, that wouldn't be a problem - for stock items we would store them in our warehouse for upto a couple of months. For non stock wine coolers, we would ensure they are ordered and ready for you when you require delivery. We will always try our best to accommodate you.
Yes, the majority of our units are delivered from our UK warehouse - the cost varies between €39-€69 depending on the size of the item ordered.
Please note if you choose the 2 person delivery service, the lead time will be longer (up to 4 weeks) as we deliver the units into our 2 person logistics provider based in Northern Ireland.
If your wine cooler arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the item, please contact us immediately when the crew are still on site.
If you cancel your order and the goods are still in our warehouse, then there will be no charge - if you cancel your order when the goods have left our warehouse and collected by our courier, we will deduct the cost of the delivery from the refund. As an indication, the cost of this will vary depending on the size of the unit and will be in the range of £75 to £145+VAT.
We strongly advise you check the dimensions of the product before ordering, some of our products are ordered in especially for this order and means the order cannot be cancelled once the goods have been collected.
